The Psychological Effects From A Masked Up Society
Posted on 9/20/21 at 8:03 am

There is a particular nightmare that is haunting to those people who have them, and depicted in horror movies to elicit horror or dread in similar fashion, a faceless person, one in whom you cannot distinguish any facial features, or any way in which to communicate the way humans do with one another, through face to face contact.
I think this impacts all of us to one degree or another, but how about from the mind of an adolescent in the process of becoming adult? What kind of psychological effects from living in a world of masked up, faceless, and emotionless humans will they encounter going forward in life?
Every single one of us have things from our childhood that have most surely shaped who we’ve become, be it for the good or the bad, and whether that is from the home in which we were raised in, or the community we lived in, or especially the life experiences in school growing up. Whether they were positive or negative experiences, they may or may not have defined us, but they without question shaped us.
And so, given the zeal in which society has applied masks onto children in school, and given the fact of how influential and impressionable children are and how they internalize things much more than adults do, what will the long term effects be from masking up American children in the future? Will we have created a bunch of socially awkward human beings who are even more introverted and handicapped than our own in the future, or something far worse, perhaps a larger number of emotionless Schizoids, or maybe just ones that are subservient to their masters, muzzled up and captive in their own mind?

This entire Covid hysteria is a mass psychosis of the world

Look, man. I think it's definitely going to have some effect on children. I don't think kids should be wearing masks to school, I don't think it's conducive to a constructive environment.
That being said, I know a lot of parents that do way more harm than these masks ever will, just by being shitty parents and trying to tackle too many things at once. The masks suck, but those looking at this as reasons your kid is gonna be fricked up 10 years down the road need to look in the mirror.

still waiting on that 1 study or data set proving masking in schools has proven to reduce the transmission of COVID in schools.
~410 US Children under the age of 17 have died of COVID. There are 80 million US children under the age of 17. 0.0% odds.

Doesn't excuse anything. It just compounds the problem.

This time we've just ruined people financially and in the public eye. The last mass psychosis we burned them at the stake. Progress you know?

The drama surrounding wearing masks has been embarrassing. I took my son to get his haircut yesterday, before we go in, "let's put our mask on" and he did it no issue.
If you're kid is suffering trauma because of it, it's because of you and you alone.

Look at any of the politicians parties.
The servants wear the masks while the powerful laugh.

I didn't say it excused anything. In fact, I started out my post stating my stance on masks in schools.

horseshite.
and what about those of an impressionable age still learning how to communicate? Do you think it’s effective for every adult in their life to be masked?
try again

You leftist sheep are so adorable. I couldn't imagine forcing a mask on my kids with what we know about how little purpose they actually serve.

wow. this is deep, insightful, and fresh.

Yea man kids wearing masks is totally normal and natural. That kid at daycare in the video doesn't seem traumatized at all.

The way so many seem to have gleefully embraced this pointless insanity is the most perplexing thing in the world.

I can't believe we see eye to eye on at least one aspect of CV19

I know several that don't want it to end at all.

You forced your kid to wear a mask while getting a haircut
Betas teaching betas.

The purpose they serve is they protect others from you spreading the virus. And if others wear it, it's protecting you. It's been stated from the very beginning but you morons buy into the political hype machine and swear it's like the holocaust. We educate our kids on it and they trust us that we're doing what's best for them and others.
We'd love to stop wearing them, but one of our children is high risk if he were to catch it and we are beyond frustrated by the selfish attitude people have towards public health measures. We have to be careful because no one gives a shite about us or anyone else who this could frick up.

We probably see eye to eye on a lot of it. You go off the deep end with your vaccine takes.

Agreed, but you don't have to make them willing participants in the lie.
Mine (7&8) already understand that they do not work, because I have told them so. They understand that the mask is only to please adults who believe it does something that it does not, but they have to follow the rules at school.
They already know not to be scared of the virus. They already know that the vaccine is really just something to make it less severe / better on old people, sick people (pre-existing cond.) and people who refuse to take care of themselves.
They know this is all a big charade.
ETA to add for clarity and missing a "/"
