I am appalled that many of you posters would claim to be black just to scheme the state of Oregon out of money.

To be fair they have to apply before December 31, 2022 so that wouldn’t work. They were smart enough to include that at least.

Instead of making fun of this, the entrepreneurs on this board should be setting up “Reparations Processing” businesses in OR. You basically gather all the documents from a customer, have them sign paperwork, submit the application to the state, and keep a percentage of any payout.

Considering poor whites haven’t had access to affirmative action, quotas, white scholarships, and other race based programs for decades like blacks (on top of out of proportion generational welfare and crime costs) if they want a race war this would be the way to start it nationwide (if others follow).
They could at least make them use it to pay well over due bills, child support, student loans, & whatever else gets garnished; and start paying proportional share of taxes. They don’t even consideration for income, assets, or past things given just because of race.
Of course Oregon doesn’t want to increase population of blacks beyond the around 75,000 (under 2%) they have by restricting assess to those living in the state before bill introduced. Can’t have more of what they usually only see on sports teams and tv.
