And that Judge needs to be taken to task for allowing unlimited visitation with his young children with only the enabling wife present.
He shouldn't even be out on bail. But if you do that, you sure as frick don't allow him to be around minor children (when his history of molestation doesn't exclude family members) without very strict visitation with a court guardian. If at all.
I've seen families limited to court-supervised visitation with their children for a whole lot less. This is a fricking farce.

I have told this story on here before. I used to work with a Psychologist who was retired from the FBI Behavioral Sciences Unit. Dude was surprisingly liberal for having been a FBI guy (this was pre-SJW world). The subject of child predators came up at dinner one night.
He stated: "They should be executed as soon as they are convicted and their appeals run out."
This was an unusual departure from his usual stance on crime and rehabilitation. He went on to explain that they had studied these people extensively and determined that IN THE US ESPECIALLY child sexual abuse is the ultimate taboo and that once people cross that line they can't come back. He said their recidivism rate is almost 100% and that removing them from society permanently is the only way to keep them from hurting another child.
He stated: "They should be executed as soon as they are convicted and their appeals run out."
This was an unusual departure from his usual stance on crime and rehabilitation.
