Well the evidence points to Oswald acting alone unless you count all the false information as "evidence". Read the book "Case Closed" by Gerald Posner. Posner set out to prove it was a conspiracy and after several years of research concluded just the opposite. That Oswald acted alone. Good read with footnotes showing where all his info came from.

Posner's book is good, but it pales in comparison to Bugliosi's.

The facts of the case, not the coincidences, not the maybes ifs or buts, the FACTS point to Oswald acting alone.

The "back and to the left" is after a 1 frame "front and to the left". The bullet forced the head downward. The impact to the brain caused an involuntary contraction of the back muscles which caused the President to jerk upright before falling to the left.

In all the years since the assassination, there has not been one piece of hard evidence introduced that pointed to an second gunman (the audio evidence having been debunked).
