Most people that can’t accept the defected sharpshooter acted alone also haven’t stood in Dealey Plaza. It’s a much smaller area in person. The sequence has been replicated many times over. Case closed upon discovery of the jump seat.

I think that I have come to believe that it was a joint venture that involved the soviets using cuba as a proxy (perhaps with a little inside help) with help from Oswald.

They keep it classified because acknowledging it publicly would have put us on a path to war that would likely have gone nuclear....and we had just come out of the cuban missle crisis.

At this point it’s basically empirical fact that it was a conspiracy. It is proven fact that Oswald was a cia asset prior to the shooting. Your primary conspirators were

James Jesus angleton
Helms
Gen Charles willoughby
Dulles
HL Hunt, etc

Using Otto Skorzeny’s network to help carry it out, which included a lot of people on the ground in New Orleans.

Was it well concealed for a long time?

Much of the conspiracy theory relied on impossible trajectory which was disproven.

I'm aware. It was your use of the word "discovery" that was odd.

I can't remember what the latest version is, as to the "pristine" nature of the bullet. It sure did a lot of bouncing around... Not to mention I saw that dude in the movie drop it on the gurney.

Okay, maybe it's the phrasing, but I must have missed something. What is the significance of "the jump seat?"

Basically the whole "magic bullet" theory is BS because of the relative position of Gov Connally in the car. He was seated in a jump seat which was positioned more to the left and lower than Kennedy, easily allowing one bullet to penetrate both people without zig zagging in the air.

We went to Dealey Plaza a couple of weeks ago. It’s much smaller than it appears on film. Got drunk at a wedding and took some irreverent pictures at the x in the street in our tuxedos.

There's no doubt he took pleasure in it, but he was incompetent, that's why he was fired in the first place.

I just don't think Oswald was competent enough to do it alone.

He walked right into the building with the gun under his arm claiming they were curtain rods.

He had plenty of time to set up the nest because it was lunchtime.

He had two hits and one miss at a closer range and slower speed than people realize.

When I visited Dealey Plaza the small area/distance was the first thing that I noticed. I had always imagined it to be much bigger. The limo was moving away at an angle and at slow speed so it was an easy shot IMO. The Secret Service agent was able to run and jump on the back after the shots as the limo was speeding away. If Oswald had used a 12-gauge with buckshot he could have killed everyone in the limo when it passed under the window.
