The new Rivian truck is a fascinating vehicle

It might be one of the most innovative vehicles to come to market ever.
Moving racks, a gear tunnel that can be used for seats, flashlights in the doors, a gear cable for the bed that locks with the doors, a carabiner key fob, and the list goes on.
Daddy Doug nerds out over the features in the video below and although longer it is worth the watch if you can put up with it.

It’s incredibly well thought out. Their engineers have had some spare time while they worked through financing rounds so they really went all out finding use of every inch of that thing.

The Gaffigan Edition ftw!

The front end looks like a stoned ninja turtle

Whats the MSRP on the Soy Package?

I’d take this one over the Tesla truck.

It'd be nice if they'd, ya know, actually build one for sale.

You can't even haul a damn mattress and box springs in that thing.

Oh and it has 835 horsepower and 903 lb/ft of torque…

Doesn't the Tesla Model S LR have 850 HP and the plaid 1050?

Yea.
All the high end EVs have absolutely insano power levels

1000hp and around 1100 torque
Pass on the Rivian and definitely pass on the doorstop Tesla.

That overland crib is cute for a baby but where do the grownups sleep?

The Hummer has some really cool shite, but I don’t own any Affliction gear so I can’t get one.

Isn't the price point significantly higher?
