Considering the level of misogyny here, real or joking, I am not surprised.
A-freakin-men. If my husband were saying some of the things ive seen some of these dudes saying, the buffet would be closed.

My wife wants it more than I do. It's a blessing and a curse at the same time.
However, my wife is a member of the Lafayette Moms FB page and there was a topic about sex that came up and the top comment was from a girl I sort of know. She's hot, but said something like "if I never have sex again, I'll be a happy woman". There were so many comments agreeing and applauding her. I feel for those poor husbands.

It’s not a joke. It causes despair and suicide. It turns a man into a beast of burden and kills his self respect. It’s a betrayal of everything that marriage is. I can criticize my ex ( I wouldn’t) but I can never say that she didn’t understand the importance of sex and affection. Men should leave these marriages. And they should never be with a woman who doesn’t have genuine burning desire for him. That includes dating.
On the flip side, if he won’t sleep with you, it’s because you are repulsive or he’s gay. And you should be less repulsive or tell him to GTFO and go live his new Pink Life.

There was poster a while back that said his wife approached 50 and turned into a freak following hormonal changes. That’s the only hope that keeps me going.

One of my friends feels this way. She still makes an effort though. I told her a long time ago if her marriage is important to her it’s something she needs to learn to enjoy.

Why do you think guns, boats and truck nuts are so popular?

As someone over 50, I can concur this is a thing. I mean, I'm not talking about candle wax on the nipples or witchcraft or anything like that, but the frequency has amped up.
I think it's that we no longer have to deal with kids walking in, and almost 25 years of marriage, we are completely dialed in with what one another really likes.

Question, do you have a friend named Jody or Tyrone by chance?

I put my face between my wife’s booty cheeks just this morning. 15 years in.

I'm pretty self sufficient so I don't require a lot from a woman, but the minute she starts withholding sex........she's gone.

Why would you stay married if you’re not getting any sex?
Some people justify it by “ oh, I don’t wanna lose half my stuff.” Problem is you just keep getting more stuff everyday.
The odds of you losing more continue to go up every day, and you’re still not getting any sex.
Lesson is, the earlier cut your losses, the better

Well it's worth noting, OB/GYNS are becoming more informed on managing things that could contribute to that in perimenopause and menopause. There are so many options out there to address those kind of issues before you should just crap out.
That said, if it's not a medical issue then it's a compatibility issue.
