Ok that's one example. Netherlands also has legal prostitution, has for a while. Legal brothels have been operating in Nevada for years with no issues. Legalizing it with regulations creates a much safer environment to conduct business for both the workers and the Johns.

And this would be a problem... why?
Legalize it only through brothels where it can be better monitored as to whether the workers are deciding on their own if they want to be a sex worker... And required to be tested on a regular basis.
There will always be a demand for sex, but human trafficking and forcing people into prostitution is horrible.
Right now, someone who is willing to pay for sex, really has no idea if the person they are paying to have sex with is forced to be a sex worker or not.
