CSB: I had to go to city hall last week, about 2 or 3 in the afternoon
I got off the elevator on the 3rd floor by mistake... the lights were off in the mayors office and the doors were locked

SWB was probably at a "community organizing" event that day.

WAFB had a big story about this.
They featured Councilman Amorosso and the grant writer from LSU, and neither were very kind to the Mayor's office.

So, the new mayor is already approaching EBRP Council on Aging/tarsha-amir-clark, level of either total incompetence and/or quasi criminal status...LOL
Their "supporters" and co-conspirators never cease to amaze us ! Btw. isn't that NBR bastion of fairness/honesty cleve dunn, caught up in this scam also ?
Did he not engage is lots of financial funny business with tarshas' judge/mother ?
WTH is going on with these people ?????

Ahh. So it must be WBRZ that has a member on her "let's hold hands while the murder rate doubles" committee.

Thanks for clearing that up.

the only comforting thing about this is that there is zero chance she or anyone working for her is smart enough to cover their tracks...should be easy pickings for the reporters

I think y'all look into this too much when it comes to the media. Sounds like there's a bit of a gentleman's agreement when it comes to stories like this. When one media outlet breaks the biggest parts of the story, the other outlets start to back off a bit.

Hell, Gravy says that all the local media is conservative and racist.

Only one way to tell if he's right. Who cuts the checks at these places? Are they white? If yes, they're racist. If no, they're an uncle Tom.

Your welcome, Gravy (not directed at you upgrayedd)

It's not the lack of intelligence that makes it easy to uncover all this, it's the arrogance that gets them in trouble.

Look at SS for instance.

John Bel better not puss out of this. If shite gets any worse, it's time to send her arse to trial, and I'm sure Hillar Moore wouldn't mind seeing her arse rot in jail.

Gov. "honor code" IGNORED the criminal behavior of the EBR COA...what on earth makes you think he will say ONE word about the incompetence of sw-broom ?
All he and his "team? care about is retaining the vote of the north BR corrupt "leaders" !
INTEGRITY....not many of the involved individuals, even know how to spell the word ! Truly sickening !

Absolutely agree. The last election really was a horrible blow to the city.

BR is done. Sad to say but it's past the tipping point unless something drastic is done but I don't see that happening. There are some great places there but will soon all be surrounded by the worst of society.

Every apartment complex that these tapped in developers are allowed to build, just know in 10 years max will be a ghetto section 8 slum. It's science.

I grew up there as a kid and it was a great town. Its a damn shame.

I agree but I support those who choose to fight for it and not go silently into the night.

St G will never happen. The mayor and crew as well as the anti-SG crowd are slowly influencing the annexing all of the SG commercial tax base.
