I don't trust anything LSU does with the new Workday system. A couple million dollars spent on it and it's been a huge clusterfu$&
I'll leave you to judge Workday on your own. However, I really think people need to understand LSU is doing what they can. Students move in on Wednesday. They have repairs to begin on. They're being understanding for those that can't make it.

Random Updates from being out:
Drove down 931 trying to get to Family's house, serious water moving across the road from about a half mile past 932 to when it becomes 431.
Also, Bayou Manchac still back flowing at airline with a swift current, however the water in my house has dropped 2" since 10:00 this morning.

My mom just called me saying one of her co-workers who lives in Pelican Point just got a call from their HOA telling them to expect water...

Bayou Fountain is down behind my neighborhood off of Burbank, but is partially over the road at Seigen. Not sure what to make of that.

Thank you and everyone for the updates
Outstanding job you guys!!!
Yeah, this site has been amazing like always in times like this.
I saw a lot of people who normally wouldn't even know about this place sharing the link on facebook and such to help find out about flooding and you have to think hundreds, if not thousands were helped from this one thread about warning of potential areas that were going to flood.

I think the area is ok. Localized flooding is happening but nothing were an evac is needed. Unless you in the low lying area of westhaven sub

Do you know if any streets in the Bayou Paul area are flooded? I have some family who left and wondering when they can go back.

It really has....I've gotten wayyyy more information on what is going on through this site than any other way. Most of the posters here deep down are actually decent, caring people and just want to help others when they can.

If you are talking about the vet clinic just before O'Reilly auto parts then it is dry there. It did have water yesterday for sure in that area but I don't know enough to say that it flooded the building. The building is definitely dry now though.
Thanks a lot .
Are they allowing civilians to get that far?
I abandoned vehicle a little further down across from the AutoZone.

Just left Florida area near Little John. Drove through parts of Sherwood. Still a considerable amount of water in the roads. Lively bayou still very high. Do not try to get to Denham down Florida.

Update:
Burbank/Nicholoson dry
Burbank/Gardere dry
The water was at the same levels at Bluebonnet btw Burbank and Highland.
Burbank/Highland still barricaded off headed towards Soccer fields. That area appears to be at same.
No change to Ward Creek at Siegen.
Best news, Fountaine is slowly flowing in the right direction.
I am no expert but based on this last rounds observations, I think we are getting past the rising waters in these locations.
