Yea but those are ranked different. You'd have to look at the cut, color ect. They definitely have some crappier diamonds that don't have mass retail appeal but the price reflects that
I did Jared Allen. Picked out the loose diamond first, they have a good explanation on what each of the ratings mean and visuals which helps out a lot.
You can also skype a jeweler to walk you through what you are looking at or evaluate a stone you are interested in.
The bands are pretty generic but I found one that worked cause they have a lot of options. They send you the ring, paperwork and appraise the final value for you if you want it to be insured. I took it to a place in town and they were pretty close to the appraisal Allen gave it.
Ultimately, it's cheaper than buying from a store if you know what your looking for, less overhead for them to cover. It's also tax free which can expand your price range for em.
They also do sales for valentines day and such that you can get 30-40% off bands, that's where my fiance and I bought ours as well and we checked local jewelers and Allen was far cheaper in terms of wedding bands.

It was about 2 months since I had applied so I made a twitter account and messaged the director of the TSA and I Dm'd his assistant, boom, a week later I had it. Turns out they "misplaced" my paperwork.

I grew up in that subdivision and my parents still live there. It's a pretty good area, closer to coursey and sherwood is the "nicer" area. They have some apartments off stumberg and tigerbend that may be classified as kinda ghetto. Overall I liked living there.
Ah fair enough, thanks.
Bunch of people wearing CDM Smith jackets wondering around my neighborhood yesterday with measuring wheels. Didn't get a chance to ask but now wondering what they were up to. There was like 8-10 of them with pairs on every street.
Any ideas?
Any ideas?
The edges of the neighborhood are those duplexes on staring and apartments on Burbank kinda make it look sketchy but once you go past those it's a normal neighborhood with starter home size houses

ah thanks for the info. Yea I know that house, one of the more suspect ones. Hopefully cops find something and boot them
I live there now and it's not bad, there's a few suspect houses but most of the owners are young couples or early families.
It's off Staring and Burbank

How long will it be til we see a decrease? I'm on Meadow Bend on Hadley Drive, Neighbor said the street hasn't flooded but other streets have. I guess I'm asking if you think there will be a high spike in level or its pretty much passed or so

I live off of Meadow Bend between burbank and highland. Just worried about the rising water.
