I'm in lakes at st.st Amant and we are relatively ok. We are built higher up. But do have water covering most of the streets. About 5 feet up my driveway

Ascension parish schools closed all week for students. The teachers may have to go Thursday or Friday. They will announce that Wednesday.

I pray we can get in this week and start fixing this mess at our schools.

Chris Nakamora was supposedly heading to the Gardere/Burbank area for some emergency situation, but we missed his report. Anyone know what's going on over that way or what CN's report was about?

I'm not sure if I would try. Batemans ice was flooded earlier on 22 at the end of stringer. I would suspect the further down 22 you go the worse it is.

Last I heard, that area had leveled off.
Grimes on wafb said back water flooding that far up should be over with at this point.

Does that water threatening Bluff concern y'all in OA? Our friends there said they're fine and far enough away.

can anyone update on Alligagor Bayou? and does anyone know if areas on the Geismar side of Spanish Lake swamp are in danger if the swamp keeps taking on water?
