Yeah everyone in the comments of the video think the driver of the 18-wheeler died. He's okay. It was the pickup truck that went missing.

Just drove down Perkins to highland, the water was getting high and coming over Perkins by Pecue. It was real bad in front of the Royal standard, I hope whoever owns that store was able to move some of the antiques out because if not, that whole store is ruined.

When looking at these 100 year flood maps, is it safe to assume everywhere these maps are showing as being flooded will with high certainty flood after this round of downpours?

Look at the river forecasts, which are all record breaking at the moment. Remember,these forecasts don't include future rainfall. There's predicted to be 8-15" on top of what has fallen tomorrow. Yeah, if things go according to prediction these places will flood, maybe even to the extent of the 500 year floodplain.
