Gauge still rising at I/10 where Manchac crosses so that makes sense.

I live in the highlands of SM, and water rose this morning till about 8:00, and it has been steady ever since. Hoping it will start to recede soon.

sorry to hear that, I know after this whole experience I'm switching to Verizon. My wife has Verizon, she had no issues what so ever. Also, on game days her phone works in the stadium while mine doesn't.

super, when i drove over manchac on airline at 7:00 water was still coming in at a good clip. definitely was still coming up bayou manchac

Pretty insensitive to bash the local news coverage of this event. They live in this town and are likely directly affected by the flooding but still deliver the news.
