I'm in Central and water is everywhere. I've never seen anything like this in 30 years. I'm already flooded in...

How accessible will Zachary be tommorow?
If it keeps raining its going to be a clusterfrick. Hwy 64 through town is underwater at St Patricks Church. I live in Beaver Creek and we have had a couple of homes take in water.

Search underway for someone swept off the road in Zachary. Kind of ominous.
Stay safe out there.

I haven't kept up at all with the flooding, but can someone let me know how traveling back from 30A to Baton Rouge will be like tomorrow? Haven't kept up with closures, potential closures, etc. will we have to find alternate routes? Are we screwed?

shite, its rained over 6 inches in Laffy just since 5:30 this morning.

I'd estimate probably 10-12 homes are flooded in Willow Point in Denham. I've lived here since 2010 and this is the highest water I've seen. This is #1. TS Lee is #2. The rain we had a couple of months ago is #3.

Sweet subtle brag.

Don't know what 30A is, but you might be kinda screwed. The situation is in flux, rain will continue until tomorrow night. I would postpone until Sunday if possible.
