Yes, I am an alter that's been here 12 years and has 15,000 posts.
Or, maybe, multiple people had the exact same thought. You started a new thread for no reason when there's a very active thread ongoing on the first page on this very topic

I assume its from the lack of attention you get at home. Maybe you should spend more time with your wife and touch grass sometimes. Funyon lady could definitely have been an athlete, but she wasn’t.
I’ve avoided many an accident that some wouldn’t, and probably been in a few that some would found a way out of.

She should have been ticketed, but not charged with any kind of negligent homicide. She made a mistake by swerving the wrong direction, but she didn't create the situation that caused the truck to hit his brakes. Lacy was rightfully charged with negligent homicide and the new video shows that.
