I made that decision after the '84 Sugar Bowl.
Was a reasonably fun trip for an 18 year old (who at the time was legal in LA), but the city/French Quarter to me was just sketchy/filthy, and I have truly never been interested in goiong back.

I don’t understand why some people want a one-size-fits-all solution for everything.

In and around Houston today and many more mask than I’m used to seeing. At a public park and saw a few mask including one girl with the tinted half-face shield. I’ll never wuite understand that.

HEB was a different story. Much more mask than I have been seeing for the last several months.

There's no doubt that once my wife retires and we sell the house, I'd likely not come back to N.O. except to visit family---------------and even that will be under protest and extremely limited.

I was there. Nothing to be mad about. Not a SINGLE person had one on in the park. Only in line at the beignets.

OP is lying.

I was in City Park TODAY and saw ZERO masks driving around.

I live in New Orleans (Lakeview) and I see no one wearing masks outside. NO ONE.

Stay away from New Orleans if you are being triggered by delusions of outside mask-wearing and maybe give your psychiatrist a call.

OP probably doesn't realize there are online posts on places like Instagram that have pics posted of the crowds today. Pretty easy to see if his story holds water.

Yup, I ate at cafe du monde today and ran around the park. Saw a couple people at cafe du monde with masks. None of them sitting down, and didn’t see a single mask running around or at the playground.

CafeDuMonde set up an outside ordering window. To enter the actual restaurant you have to show a Vac card and/or wear a mask.

Eh I’ve seen a few in Lakeview. And plenty of masked covidians are downtown everyday. New Orleans is for sure full of shitty government mandates and morons who follow and enforce them

At least you had the thrill of 77 suckers believing you. That's what the OT amounts to today. Posting for hives to buzz around.
