Rumor is she trafficked her own daughter. Livingston Parish child molesters strike again.

quote:

Louque is charged with one count of crimes against nature. According to Louisiana law, crimes against nature can include unnatural sexual relations with another person and incest.

quote:

LIVINGSTON PARISH — In the latest development since “The Devil Wears Dunks” documentary subject Ricky Foster was arrested, his wife Melissa Louque has turned herself in to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. She faces a charge after an investigation started when Foster became the focus of a documentary created by Jeremy Greene and ECCO.

Foster was initially arrested and charged on April 1 with 10 counts of third-degree rape, 4 counts of sexual battery, and 10 counts of extortion. Ricky Foster faced additional charges on April 29th with human trafficking and crimes against nature.

Livingston Parish evidently has some freak residents...

It all came out with the cop jacking off in the cake batter and the wife serving the cup cakes to her students...

Reminder that the most likely classes of people to sexually abuse children are:

1. Family members of children.
2. Close social relations to the parents of children.

And it's not close.

Also, most of the abusers were victims of abuse when they were children.
I'd guess Livingston is on the third or fourth generation by now.
That parish and the Florida Parishes east of there have been child molestation and sex trafficking hotbeds for decades.

My 1st encounter with “Livingston Parish” was working between college semesters as scaffold builder in refineries.

Highlights:
- The rape story one dude told during lunch
- The two guys who recognized one another during an elevator ride as having met while both in Livingston Parish jail
- ‘Love & Hate’ tats on hand / knuckles before tats were today’s tats
- KKK members of Holden La mixing it up with another race
- The cocaine addicted former radio disc jockey
- The intelligent fella (1 of 2 jail guys from above) who refused to wear air filter mask while de-coking regenerator tank, and him coughing up black soot-filled flem all day long.

Have also had some nice times at Livingston state park and in Walker & Denham Springs.

Just the class of work fellas match this post.

This is a myth.

ETA: One that a bunch of you still believe, apparently.

The state tried to, with the solid interstate barricade that trapped all the water on the north side of livingston during the 2016 flood.. Just wasn't enough water to push all the meth out.

It's a YouTube documentary on a complete POS Denham Springs con artist

quote:

"The Devil Wears Dunks" is a 2026 YouTube documentary series exposing Ricky Foster, a man who engaged in widespread deception, fraud, and sexual extortion within the sneaker community. Following millions of views, Foster was arrested on April 1, 2026, on charges including third-degree rape, sexual battery, and extortion, with investigations revealing he lied about high-value business deals and, in some cases, defrauded individuals of over $70,000.

quote:

Charges: Foster is charged with 10 counts of third-degree rape, 10 counts of extortion, and four counts of sexual battery.

Victim Claims: The victim reported that Foster forced her to perform sexual acts without consent in 2023 and used her identity to take out more than $70,000 in credit card loans

quote:

“He’d say, ‘I’m gassing up my private jet. I’m flying out there,’ and he just kept making excuses for not coming,” Greene said. “He was not acting like any investor I’d ever dealt with.”

Greene said Foster also sent an image of what he claimed was a $22 million home he owned in Florida. After Greene’s team analyzed the image using AI, they determined it appeared to be an Airbnb property.

“That’s when I knew everything was fake,” Greene told UWK.

The people in LP always have at least one trashy trope. It's crazy. You can meet a decent looking woman somewhere else and whatever characteristic it is that they have, you know they're from LP as soon as you see it.

Ok, so I watched the first episode, and I'm having a hard time figuring out some things. I assume most would be cleared up if I continued watching.

So Ricky is a piece of shite. I got that so far.

But why were the dudes whose business he wanted to invest in so worked up and getting involved in investigating him?

If they found out he's a fraud really early on in the process, why not just ignore him and move on? I don't see where he got anything out of them.

Not gonna lie, though. I'm related to people who act just like the Ricky character appears to be.
