so while the lawyers were answering the jury question yesterday... the judge made a mention that the Depp side made some kind of motion that the judge was not going to entertain since the jury already had the case

finally that motion is public... apparently Depp's team asked for a special instruction to the jury moving to strike part of Heard's closing arguments where Rottenborn says a judgement against Heard sends a message to domestic abuse survivors to not come forward

Rekieta looked at it this morning and said "yeah... you should've objected when it happened"

You're completely wrong about Depp's team, and the word you're looking for is worse.

I felt that this was the battle of having a case that should be almost impossible to lose vs a client that was more worried about her image/publicity and as such built her legal team around it vs. an opposing team that was solid that solely wanted to get their story out and was surprised that they were in the position to actually potentially win.

The biggest surprise to me was the quality of experts and how few of AHs witnesses were willing to appear in person and how it changed my perception of her "story".



That being said, isn't it be safer use older video depositions that were done around the UK trial or allow these witnesses to come in and get lit up over anything and everything they have done then and since. How do you justify some of the actions of the freeloaders that would be testifying on AH's behalf when Depps side will just show their pattern of behavior of mooching from Depp to whoever their next host is and how they are incentivized to support AH's story.

You are very much in the minority. Depp has come out of this looking miles better and Heard looking worse. The world now knows that she has zero evidence to support her claims. And she has a mountain of inconsistencies and contradictions. While Depp has tons of witnesses.

So I’m not doubting you believe what you believe. But if you watched the trial and you still feel that way, you are very much in the minority.

She is not married, but I read she has a boyfriend who is British and works in real estate. She's pretty private. No social media.
