and there we go... Judge just dismissed the jury for the day and they'll be back at 9 AM Tuesday

Lets be real here. On the trial side, Depp had an unwinnable case and so did Heard.
In the eyes of the public Depp did exactly what he wanted to do. He rehabilitated his public image and that is a huge win for him. I am sure he hopes that he would get 1 or 2 more big budget movies. I think we all want Pirates 6 for lots of reasons but to let Depp close out Captain Jack would be amazing.
He also showed the world what a vile person Heard is and for that she loses in public as well as trial.
This is going to be a non winner in the eyes of the law, but Depp won big other than that.

The jury obviously wasn't going to get to anything today and didn't even bother to stay until 6.
Right now, I'm guessing Amber gets nothing. Not sure about Depp. Could have a hung jury. I really don't know.

I don't think so
there's definitely a photo of the feces in the bed... but I would imagine the judge ruled pre-trial that shite (literally) isn't going to be entered into evidence in this trial

I assume you mean her future. She can file for bankruptcy but then her assets are put into a trust right? And any future earnings can be garnished?

No. I’ve heard bankruptcy described as “taking the cure.”
If Depp gets a judgment against Heard, he is an unsecured creditor until he seizes assets. An appeal could delay that. (It depends on the bonding requirements under Virginia law.).
She likely holds very little in her name, and what she does hold personally is probably exempt from seizure. So she could probably file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and avoid the judgment. Depp’s judgment, if he gets one, will be a nice piece of paper, but little more.

I believe this trial proved, multiple tomes, that Johnny has a temper, but is not violent to other people. He would toss a wine bottle at Rotten...........born's wall, or slam his cabinet's into submission.
