I think the white woman (Juror 8) was 1 of the 2 picked as an alternate and not deliberating currently
ETA: Juror 2 is the other alternate... the other 7 are the ones deliberating

they were apparently selected at random pre-trial... but only made known after close
this ain't the Rittenhouse case where the judge made Rittenhouse select the numbers from a hopper right there at the table

For some reason Runkle went pro-Heard.
My guess is that so many attorneys offering commentary have opined Depp is winning that he is playing the longshot in case.
It is EXACTLY like a guy at the track telling people he has an inside source on a longshot winning so if they hit they might give him a taste even though he has no inside information.

an interesting thing Rekieta said earlier was the worst thing Amber ever did was filing her countersuit b/c then a lot of the info that came out doesn't come out

With no countersuit there is none of the AH sideshow going on. Its he abused me, I got a TRO with pictures, here is my makeup person to say the same.
There is none of this other crazy bullshite that makes people think she has no credibility so you cant believe her "me too" story.

A monetary decision as she could not afford the defense she has without the potential for counter damages. Bankruptcy is in he future.
