He didnt fail to get in, they pulled him from the line. It sounds like it was from AH teams request and more than likely due to AH's journalist new lover. She has been tweeting about him being too demonstrative in the gallery and how the jury can see it.

Apparently AH has switched to the other side of the plate again. Her journalist girlfriend tweeted about the streamer being to demonstrative in the gallery leading to him being barred from attending.

I haven't paid a lot of attention to this trial, but just looking over some articles - to try and figure out wtf is going on - I can honestly say this is the most convoluted trial I've ever seen. I guess I'm just waiting for the verdict at this point - I can't make sense out of any of this - just that Depp appears to be winning and AH looks like a loon.
