Why did Christian Life become The Church Academy in the first place?

Dipping enrollment. It was their answer to falling behind in the competition for private school kids. Differentiating themselves as a school for fundamentalist Christians and anti-vaxers

I wonder if we will see a magnet school purchase the property...
My guess is a national charter school organization will make a run at buying the property.

Welp, it looks like it’s time for the diocese to buy the property and bring Redemptorist back.

Don’t know about the buildings but that property has to be worth a good chunk.

Wonder if a developer could buy it and tear down the school for redevelopment. I have ridden back in there a few times and the buildings look like shite.

Home schooling is a much better option than paying for middling private schools with a Christian bent.

A significant percentage of the property suffers from backwater flooding every time Bayou Duplantier/Ward's Creek floods.
