Budweiser, in their wisdom and advertising expertise, went so far as to expand upon their "Wassup" campaign. And so, I present to you, as a reminder, the Budweiser Wassup Grandmas.

Truly brilliant marketing, imho. Enjoy!

quote:

I would argue of all time is the Mean Joe Green Coke commercial. It permeated culture in a way very few ads had ever done at the time.

Solid argument.

Really, you can have it...

Nothing Arnold does or says is funny to me ever since be showed his true communist colors.

He’s an entitled elitist and can’t take anything he says to be funny!

Mean Joe Green, Pepsi’s ‘92 Cindy Crawford, and “Where’s the beef?” are probably the most iconic. Wassup, Terry Tate, and Budweiser Frogs were great, too.

I only watched the last 20 minutes and thought those cartoon characters all over the screen must be a joke.

I worked for EDS when we released that Commercial - was hugely popular at the company. I cannot remember if that was before Cheney stepped down to be VP, or before. sadly it was not long after that commercial that the company went to shite - once Cheney left, it went in the trash.
