I think that these could be a good starting point for some conversations on this stuff between state leaders and the organizations advocating for this.
My hope is that the leaders in the state come to the table and don't just have a "frick off" attitude.
The riots and looting are dumb and have taken away a chance to really solve some issues. Because police brutality is a real issue. Hopefully leaders can see this as a chance to at least listen to one another.

Don’t see the issue with these demands. Should associate with every cop/civilian interaction no matter the race.

This sounds like they want to charge the victims in home invasions. If you defend yourself, you will be deemed a criminal. Crimialize self defense.

Honestly, I’m just happy that someone has finally come up with a list of demands of some sort. Finally two sides can at least try to have discussions and come to some sort of agreement on a passing some laws. Not just everyone yelling chants.

The art of negotiation, bruh. Slip in a couple unreasonable terms you know won't get agreed to to make the rest of the demands look more acceptable.
