When I was stationed in Hawaii back in the ‘80’s, pineapple & Canadian bacon pizza was a thing. I wasn’t a fan, until I ordered pepperoni & pineapple. OMG, what a difference, was absolutely delicious!

This is what I don't get. Just don't have it as an option. It being on the menu means that they keep it in stock. Since they priced it where no one orders it, with the limited shelf life of pineapple it probably means they throw away perfectly good pineapple all the time.

No? I don't think of Die Hard as a Christmas movie, but I don't really care. I'm literally having a pineapple pizza right now. I truly don't understand why this bothers anti-pineapple pizza people. It's such a stupid thing to be passionate about. I don't care if someone likes toppings I don't.
This owner comes across pretty annoying to do this, but he got the publicity he probably wanted.

The very thing that makes pizza a pizza (and not just a flatbread) is that delicious red sauce from the fruit called tomato. And yet you want to deride those that wish to add an additional tasty fruit, like olives, peppers, artichokes and pineapples?

My grocery store often sells fresh pineapples for .88. If I wanted it on a pizza, I would get the pizza to go and add the pineapple at home.

Agree. I actually love a Hawaiian pizza with some ham and pineapple. Sure it’s not for everyone but why would you limit your menu just because you don’t personally like it? Kinda dumb.
Side note: no one puts a whole freaking slice of pineapple on pizza like they show in the pics.

Oh the big gotcha—tomatoes are fruit.
