We'll see when an actual report is released.

You are just pulling out a month old case and using present tense in your subject, and you claim to be from north Texas.

I heard about this a month ago.

Also he had past arrests (DUI & prior possession) including not paying some of the fines which I guess went to collections due to Wuhan shutdowns hitting at the time instead of usual warrants. My question was what happened at ER and was he cleared to be taken to prison by ER. Outside of deputies possibly not checking often enough I would wait until The Rangers, who were asked by county to handle investigation fairly soon after, to complete their investigation before saying cops killed him.

The family’s hired person to perform an autopsy had to resort to “possible” and “likely”
quote:

“The physical struggle of the restraint as well as the possible asphyxia from the restraint would likely be causes of his death, and a negative autopsy, meaning no injuries, no blunt force trauma, is consistent with that.”

Well due process is still a thing. Innocent until proven guilty and all.

But if they are found guilty, then so be it. frick them. Call me a bitter clinger, but I kind of like trials not to be held in the court of public opinion.

i'm assuming that something fricked up happened for 8 people to lose their job over the circumstances surrounding this dude dying in custody. I've never heard of anyone dying from too much marijuana.

Who is suggesting he did? There are a million other possibilities than OD on weed or these cops did it.

Improper care for a prisoner is the pretty obvious cause. Can you list the other 999,999?

Any number of medical conditions for starters. Let's wait for facts before deciding anything, i know that's asking too much for yall. But at least try.

about as much to do with it as why he was arrested, his mental illness, and the spit cover based on the facts you presented.

Well here are the facts.

He died under their custody
7 cops have been fired/quit due to this incident.
An independent autopsy found none of these "medical conditions" that you need to excuse these cops letting this man die.
