No, no it's not.
It only encourages more morons to pull attention grabbing stunts like this so they can get their 15 seconds of fame on social media and have their story go viral.

I bet the PETCO advertising department had nothing to do with this...

Of course Petco would let the steer in - plenty of free advertising as this goes viral.

I'd bet they'd refuse this one:

It is the most sensitive part of the bull and makes them easier to control if they get a little out of sorts.

Yep, because those horns are not making it through their single entrance doors.
That animal came in through the loading docks with big overhead doors.

Not gonna lie, that's the happiest looking steer I've ever seen.

The free market is the reason for this. More people like it than don't like it.
What about having a dog at a bar patio bothers you?

You're welcome. Think about the last time you pulled out a nose hair-----probably stung a bit didn't it...

I wonder who had to clean up the giant pile of cow shite that he inevitably left on the floor.
Posted on 3/21/19 at 9:20 am to Tigerbait357
That bull has a very very tiny chance of even being a problem.
He probably just stood there thinking i would rather be eating chance so would you hurry the F up

Yeah, I'm not a fan of that crap to be honest. I've been to many bars that have people bringing in all types of dogs and have seen owners letting those little ankle snapping dustmop types take up barstools next to them and the damn dogs start climbing up on the bar.
Then there's this proliferation of "Service Dogs" that I see people bringing into grocery stores or other places of business. I understand the need with seeing-eye dogs for the blind, but if your health issue is diabetes, why the hell do you need a dog to assist you.
Besides, far too many of these "Service Dogs' are not really service dogs just because some yahoo can buy a vest on-line saying so.

Surprised it fit through the little automatic sliding glass door thingy. That could’ve been awkward.
