I’m fine with it staying medical only. But it needs to be at least that legal everywhere. Recreational is unnecessary. It’s already everywhere.

The snowflakes in this thread complaining about the smell crack me up. All of the smelly garbage, exhaust, sewage, etc that we are all subjected to every single day when in any populated area, and you mfers are whining about the smell of marijuana? Y'all are projecting because you don't like freedom.
You can also decriminalize possession and personal use, and follow that up with a city ordinance banning use in city owned parks, crowded outdoor areas, etc... In other words, focus on specifically where the public nuisance is instead of a blanket ban.

who is that guy, I don't recognize him.

Go through the process of obtaining a medical card here and you will realize that is just a ploy by the government for more taxes and fees. Takes about a 5 minute phone call and any flimsy excuse $200.
I decided to have insomnia
True freedom is if they let me have a couple plants, or even grow clubs like Spain. Social and fun

Is there an active THC test? That would suck for someone to have an industrial accident and get fired because a week ago they did weed gummies

You fricking pot heads. Muh freedom! Give you weed and your potato chips, and that’s all you care about.

This is true, but unfortunately, no one seems to be able to do this. I think once pot heads get muh freedom to purchase legally, they make a big stink (figuratively and literally) about muh freedom to smoke everywhere all day.

The irony of a post lauding marajauna legalization and a post bemoaning fentanyl ODs on the same front page.

If you still pop, you’re still intoxicated

heard on the radio yesterday a discussion about Oklahoma not voting for it an it said 2/3rds of their weed licenses for the medical shite are held by entities connected to China
Someone can research that if you want, I don't care enough.

As for the smell, we really need to bring back smoking and nonsmoking areas. Been in a legal and recreational state for a while and it's annoying as frick

Not sure if this is sarcasm, but I fully agree. It is all a progression of moving toward a society without morales.
I don't smoke but I don't give a frick who does. Buying weed is so easy that literally 13 year olds can do it. It's moronic to have it illegal and not tax the shite out of it.

Who cares, the way things are going, weed will be federally legal in the next 1-3 years.

They must have decriminalized chamber bitter and Virginia buttonweed years ago, cause I can’t get rid of them from my lawn.
