Dude no one gives AF what you consume if you stink, you stink. I love a solid stogie but don’t smoke them where it bothers others. Eat all the edibles, drink all you want, but have some fricking class and don’t make those around you have to huff in a skunk.

I’d live anywhere in the state of Texas before moving to any of those cities.

My brother in Christ, have you ever been to Beaumont?

It still pisses me off the fed gov had a complete Democrat legislative and executive government and still failed to make it legal. Lazy fricks. That’s one of the few things they could do that wouldn’t piss me off and they failed.

Making it out of committee means very little. OP is a fool, still needs to pass both chambers and Abbott.

No one put a gun to their head and forced them to break the law. In fact, looks like all they had to do was be patient. So you'll excuse my lack of sympathy. As for the smell, we really need to bring back smoking and nonsmoking areas. Been in a legal and recreational state for a while and it's annoying as frick. People don't smoke the good shite because it's too expensive, so they smoke the nastiest skunk you can imagine. And they do it everywhere because they're trashy. Eventually you will understand

Statists frick off

Eta I would be stunned if it actually makes it into law.

Hopefully Abbott will veto it. Weed should be illegal 100%. It is a degenerate practice that does nothing to contribute to society. Look at the paradises where it is legal: Seattle, Portland, Denver, SF, etc. Notice a pattern?

Yeah agreed it's actually depressing and gross walking around Denver or San Francisco and it smells like weed everywhere.

Great, now cartels will send millions more illegals carrying just under the legal threshold over the open border. And since under it won’t be a reason to send them back.

Its not as bad as cigarettes (well.. shite weed can be), either way its pretty fricking stupid that cigarettes and alcohol is legal and not marijuana.

The snowflakes in this thread complaining about the smell crack me up. All of the smelly garbage, exhaust, sewage, etc that we are all subjected to every single day when in any populated area, and you mfers are whining about the smell of marijuana? Y'all are projecting because you don't like freedom.

Especially considering the K/D ratio of alcohol fueled drivers vs marijuana fueled drivers.

Big pharma really has done a wonderful job demonizing it too. Wonder how many jab is bad people hate on marijuana? Big pharma has kinda gotten behind it lately now that money is to be made though.
