Texas: what is Dallas’ identity?

Haven’t spent much time there so honestly don’t know. Obviously the running joke is Dallas is the $30,000/year millionaire or keeping up with the Jonses city but can’t say one way or another.
Austin is obviously the live music city, Houston seems to be more into theatre, shows, etc, while San Antone has the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Hispanic culture.
What is Dallas’ identity?

It's close to Goldee's BBQ, that's all anyone should really care about.

Seems like Houston area has a lot more of these people than Dallas.

Strange mix of snooty old oil rich MF'ers and hood rats. I grew up near Vail, CO and we all hated Texans cuz all we ever saw was those rude frickers from Dallas. Ended up in TX for school and have never left, cuz I love the state and the people, but I still hate Dallas.

-German cars on 10 year loans
-Saying “muh no state income tax” while paying property taxes that amount to 18% of income or more
-Actually caring about clothing brands (silly)
-Day drinking at the dog park
-Once a year pilgrimage to Uncle Julio’s for somebody’s birthday (actually legit)
-Tolltags
-Getting passed up by a construction vehicle while going 55 in a 35
-Travel ball, travel swim, travel track, etc
-High ceiling houses with extreme utility bills
