If you’re a seafood guy.
The prime rib and steak in TX is far superior to anything in Louisiana. I’d say all non-seafood meat is better in Texas.
Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican is also way better in TX.
Texas food > Louisiana food imo.

I've lived in Houston for the last 3+ years and the traffic here is mild compared to when I'm visiting Baton Rouge.
Louisiana is where I was born and raised. It will always be my home.
BUT
No way in hell I'd ever move back to that place.

^^^This times 1000. I've been here longer, and Houston is the armpit of Texas, but still light years better than anything Louisiana has to offer. Dallas suburbs, Boerne, Hill Country just raise that bar even higher.
