Most surreal thing I’ve seen in a long time. Very cool but something very eerie about seeing that type of shite in our lifetime

Want there a 70's F1 car with fans that created suction downforce?

The Brabham BT46B Fan Car. Designed by Gordon Murray (also a South African) whose first shot at building a street car was the McLaren F1 considered the best analog supercar ever built. Not bad for a first try. He has also started his own car company, Gordon Murray Automotive, and built the first road car with a fan for downforce, the T.50.

I was blown away when it drove up the ramp and did a flip as it came down. But then it did this…

Probably wasnt.

It was real, but what what changed in the different cars and all will never be revealed. Could be a shell car that did the ramp and flip and a different car that pulled up.

There was a lot of darkness in the reveal show.

If only it removed "flying" it would have been perfect

Although I doubt that production models will be able to do any of that

McMurtry?, recently started making a supercar with this technology.

Yes. And their reveal also demoed it being upside down as well.

The fan speed only goes up to 7,000rpm but the bespoke Cosworth 3.9 liter V12 has a redline of... 11,500.

The Spéirling going upside down wasn't nearly as dramatic, and it is a track-only car, but I doubt the Roadster's gimmicks will be street legal, save for a very friendly USDOT.

It is unless you are driving an F1 car or a sport bike. It screams like Bonnie Blue trying to pee a week after getting 1,000 different VD strains in a day.

So much for using it to jump the left lane campers:
