Well, the Muslim woman who wrote about CAIR was in hiding and under a new name bc she exposed and warned what it really is. This was years ago.

Not sure who CAIR is but I certainly wouldn't talk to the FBI without a lawyer present. That being said, I have been extremely critical on how the Catholic church handled the molestations, so it would be hypocritical of me to not say the religious leaders allowing this shite to fester and not handling it are pieces of shite that should be held accountable.

How is this relevant to the thread?
Everyone understands that CAIR is a shady organization. But they also provide legal assistance to muslims, so advising someone to consult them prior to speaking with the FBI is good advice.

This isn’t my kid or a member of my church. If it was my kid, I don’t think I would be considering his American citizenship, but I would most certainly question where I went wrong. And if he didn’t act alone, I don’t think I would have any interest in protecting his accomplices and would be troubled by what this church leader is suggesting.

But he DID NOT LIVE. He gave up his rights when he decided to die committing an act of war on Americans. He did not exercise those rights. This is a material fact to this discussion.
And if he had lived, the crimes he would be facing are the only ones that are specifically delineated in the constitution. His status of being a living person would be in jeopardy, much less his citizenship.
Again, what is your point? That he could have a lawyer present? He doesn’t need to further incriminate himself? Great. He died breaking the most egregious laws in all of the jurisdictions he committed them in. OUR rights were violated and the primary function of the state is to protect those rights from people that wish to take them away.
