For everyone that upvoted this, have you never been to a wedding or seen one on TV?
They all know about not wearing white at a wedding, so did the poster who originally posted that

And when I say stole, I mean forged documents, stolen mail, lied over the phone, hid evidence, etc.

Over the past 8 years mine has stolen about $90k from my wife. Any time its mentioned, she calls us greedy
How has it gone on for that long and your wife (or you) not stopped it?

Only way to stop it is to file criminal charges or a civil suit. Its been going on since my wife inherited some assets when she turned 18. She rather just not fight it and have the family drama. She basically says "karma" will catch up with her.
Not really my fight to push

I don't know what his username is. I haven't talked to him in 7 years now, but I'd bet money he still frequents here. So if he reads this

MY MIL is selfish and the laziest person i have ever met in my entire life. Never worked a day in her life and she wonders why she has to scrimp and save every nickel every month.
She not handicapped by any means but got the doctor to get her a handicapped sticker so she could park by the front door of everywhere she goes. She goes to Wal Mart and parks in the handicap so she dont have to walk far to get in the store but yet once shes in she will circle the store 3 times and walk 3 miles in the process yet she cant walk from a regular parking spot in the parking lot to the store. Does that make any fukin sense?
too many damn stories to tell theres hundreds of them

quote:I love this argument. As parents, you have complete control over who your kids see and interact with. While it is nice they do "babysit" if they had the choice of baby sitting or not seeing their grandkids guess what they would choose. Boomers are really having issues with the shift of power out of their hands and this is yet another example.
she says i babysit your kids

There isn't a person in this world that I feel more sorry for than my father in law.
My father in law is a Rummel/Loyola grad. My mother in law is Denham Springs trash. My MIL got pregnant and convinced him to marry her. They are completely different. My father in law works 12 hour days just to stay away from her. Its the most loveless, miserable marriage you can imagine. My FIL is just beaten down and doesn't want to go through a divorce. He has built a business and considerable assets.
My MIL is stupid and anti-intellectual as well. If she were left to fend for herself (job, cooking, anything), she wouldn't make it a month.
Any of you sell anything? She'll buy it. Recenty realized that she was paying $200+ a month for car insurance for a vehicle they haven't owned in four years.
