I simply LOL'd at the letter and wound up hooking up with a chick from my coed division in bootcamp. Spent liberty weekend at my buddy's house (grew up nearby) partying with him, two other guys, and 4 chicks from our division.

Dated a girl for about six months. I was in love. She was perfect. We were never 'official' and I held on as I could tell she was doing other things. I held hope as the guy friend for almost two years before moving on. The movie 500 days of Summer is a perfect depiction. I will never do that shite again.
