During my senior year of HS, I got serious with a girl from the same HS and we made plans to get married. After HS, employment in this state was pretty low (early 80's), so I enlisted in the Army to at least get something going. Well when I went off to boot camp, that's when Jody stepped in (actually it was Frank) and ruined the deal. Got a dear John letter about 4 weeks into boot camp letting me know I had been replaced.
