The Trail Boss setup is the best looking light duty truck to roll out in stock trim. Looks best in white. Nice wheel/tire ratio and size.

Generally speaking I find the Silverado to be the best looking truck across the board...but the Trail Boss just puts it over the top.

Sits just right, without looking like an overgrown man-child douche canoe.

The only problem I have with it is it's a Chevy.

I'll stick with my Tacoma.

I have a 21 Trail Boss and the lifters had to be changed at 5K miles and the differential rebuilt at 22K miles. The truck still doesn’t ride completely right at times and now I’m sometimes hearing a weird clanging sound when I speed up or slow down but it’s intermittent.

I like that the Silverado ZR2 and Sierra AT4X are the only half ton trucks that offer locking front diffs, but it's just not worth the price and dealer markups IMO. They start at $70k, but are mostly closer to $80k before markups. That's just too expensive for pickup trucks.

You can get a Silverado Trail Boss for $50K-$60K pretty easily. Maybe even lower since they sometimes offer incentives on those.

Is the ZR2 the equivalent to the Ford Raptor and Ram TRX?

They've priced me out of the new, full-sized truck market. A vehicle just isn't worth that much money to me.

Have a 24 model with the 3.0 Diesel and 10 speed transmission, so far, I love it.

They're definitely too pricey... But one nice looking truck... If I had the means, I'd own one...

Love my ‘21. Got the 5.3 which is good for me. Got pulled over goin 110 on I-10 and didn’t even realize it. Smooth, pretty quick, and 4x4 performs well. Only “complaint” is my key gets stuck in the ignition. Have to restart it, then kill it to remove it. Other than that, it’s great.

I've got a 2020 Silverado Trail Boss LT 6.2

Great truck. I've got about 37k miles on it and so far, so good. You just want to get a Pulsar LT to go along with it to kill the cylinder deactivation and the engine shut off bullshite.

I have a 2022 Trail Boss and they seem to have escaped the known lifter issue. It's my first truck after five Tahoe's and I love it.

Keep that in mind
