Yes. Some have that stance because they don't support abortion.

When Jill Promoli lost her 2-year-old son, Jude, to the flu, she posted about it on her Facebook page. Then, she was attacked by anti-vaxxers.

"I got a lot of people accusing me of actually murdering Jude and using flu as an excuse to cover up my crime,” Promoli says.

Anti-vaxxers said she'd caused her son's death by giving him a flu shot. Some even going so far as to say she'd intentionally killed her son.

"The first time it made me feel really sick,” she recalls. “The idea that somebody could even suggest that I would do something that would hurt any of them."

She's not the only one under attack.

At a recent CDC meeting, the organization brought in extra security, and doctors who say vaccines save lives have received death threats.

On Facebook, anti-vaxxers called for Dr. Richard Pan, a pediatrician and California state senator, to be shot. One wrote, "I hope they stone you to death."

Slippery slope here. When does an end justify the means. Would you be ok sacrificing your son if you knew it would save the world from a pain in the arse disease that people used to purposely infect their kids with to “get it over with”?

I never really understood this position with stem cell research or vaccines. Babies aren't being killed for research, they're being used for research after they're killed. That is a major difference.

It's better to get the chickenpox for real over the vaccine. Those that get the vaccine are more likely to get shingles as an adult. I wish I had not gotten my children vaccinated for that. It's not even that dangerous.

Anti vaxxers should all move to the same state and then be quarantined off from the rest of us. Give them Wyoming or some shite like that.

I'm old enough that the logic of the day was if one kid got CP you gave it to all your kids. So no CP vaccine and I still got shingles. Thanks for the medical advice.

There has been a rise in shingles cases since the chicken pox vaccine. Our Ped told us this. He didn’t say one definitely caused the other but he felt there could be a correlation. I believe there is also a shingles vaccine that I guess would protect against shingles later in life.

My point was that the ethics people of the Catholic Church is ok with it. So this family’s cry of religious persecution is dumb cause their church’s official stance on vaccines is that they are vital to the health of society.

And like someone said.....the abortions were not done specifically for the stem cells. This was done after the fact.

I do understand your point though.

The Catholic Church basically says it’s ok with it and it’s not a sin to get the vaccine. The Church is not going to say someone is wrong if they have a moral issue with it.

It is my understanding that Rubella vaccine was also created from an aborted fetus.

There is no right to extracurricular activities, and quarantine is perfectly OK if you are deemed a high risk to spread a communicable disease.

Herd immunity.

Vaccines work by diminishing the foothold for disease in the population. If it can't get a foothold it can't spread. If it can't spread it "dies" off. If it dies off. The at risk population is safe.

But it can come back if reintroduced and a population slacks off on vaccination. And then the process of diminishing the foothold starts again.

Good luck, a libtard Judge already ruled against anti-vaxxers in another case. He has no shot.
