Right, that has and does happen in some rare circumstances, but you can't treat every encounter with the public as if they are going to kill you. If that's your outlook at a police officer, you should find another profession, because it's obviously not for you.
This situation we're discussing is quite rare as well. That's why we hear about a few a week.

Someone "darting" behind a house is enough to "reasonably indicate that such person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a violation of the criminal laws of the state?"

For real? What if it was his house? What if he was playing hide and seek? "Darting" is a crime?

Sure, okay.
From my limited knowledge of Florida law, going only based on the laws posted in this thread...
That cop had the right to detain that person and gather info on what he was doing if that kid jumped or tried to hide from the trooper. I'm my head that was suspicious activity. Maybe I'm wrong. Seems a bit subjective especially since none of us really know much about how to be a cop. We're just reading laws and talking bullshite.
The trooper unlawfully tazed him according to the tazer policy.
That's what I've got.

Now we're just getting retarded.

It's cute you believe the cops claim of the kid darting suspiciously.

Retarded is giving up your constitutional rights, but you do you.

Actually no, the cop has no idea if the kid lived at that house, if his friend lived there (which is the case), or anything else about the situation. It's not illegal to hide from the police, and that shouldn't be looked at as suspicious, IMO. Hiding is not a crime last time I checked.
Especially with the way that the media frames the conversation around police (for the record I think the media are scum of the Earth). Kids are fricking stupid, they probably think that all police are literally out to get them. You have retards like LeBron saying that police hunt "his people" or whatever. Now, this dumbfrick police officer just "proved" that to this kid.

Why do you want to speak like that now?
Don't say," oh it's cute". Don't be childish.
I'm betting you had your mind made up about what happened without reading anything about it. You seem the type.

What rights are those?
This didn't happen to me. I didn't get detained nor did I get tazed.

Multiple falsehoods in the officer's report have been shown, yet you believe his claim of the kid darting/hiding/whatever.
Cute.
Cute.
