Government needs to start dishing out the exact same punishment to the people who commit these crimes. You shoot someone you get shot. You run over someone you get fricking run over.

I’m lost with this thread

My thoughts exactly.

I'm not for it, but I mean people are always talking about shooting thieves..

I mean, it’s a little different shooting someone who’s robbing you in the heat of the moment and premeditated attempted murder like this cat did.

Did the trashball girlfriend get charged? She filmed it and is just as guilty in my book. If a getaway driver can be charged for murder if someone in the car kills someone else then this count should be charged.

Are you too stupid to see the difference in a home invasion vs this or just being purposely obtuse?

He was thought to have taken a little weed. It's not like he's a real thief.

Wtf was she supposed to do? He probably told her he was going to scare them or something, she seems pretty shocked when he actually hits the kid

25 years seems too much for that.

and he didn't run "over" him.

He's still an idiot and should go to jail, just don't think 25 years is right for a 17 year old who acted like a moron. Kids life is pretty much over. He might as well be in prison for life, b/c he won't do anything with his life as a 43 year old convict when he gets out.

Damn dude, he’s not a squirrel or an armadillo. Run over is a loose term. But yes he got run over.
