So my first thought was also. Set up, but not sure how you set up a water spout storm to sink a 150+ ft yacht
Had it caught fire, clipped another boat/rocks... I would be suspect but not sure that there is anything nefarious about this sinking ...just tragic for the souls lost and the family left behind
