It’ll be a huge problem. But you can not continue to employ people who operate in the manner that these unions operate.

Company would go under, where would they get the workers?

I doubt it’ll go under. But every effort should be made to remove the unions from continuing their tactics.

You realize UPS workers don’t have a/c in their trucks. I’m cool with unions existing but I’m not cool with the government forcing unions to work. I’m also not for unions forcing bull shite on their company that has nothing to do with working conditions or benefits.

I am saying to get rid of unions all together.

In states with laws that protect unions, pull out of those states.

Did not say overnight. It will take time, but it will be worth it to not have to deal with groups that act in a manner that holds entire companies hostage if they do not get what they want. In states where unions are protected, pull out of there and take the losses. You can not deal with groups like this.

$4400 a month take home isn’t that bad. But those drivers have to go through a lot of crap. Traffic all day in certain areas would be terrible to work through. And if you are a driver….. don’t ever cause a wreck… you will be gone very quickly.

Feds will step in. Not even the Biden Admin will let their union goons affect the economy while they’re in power

Biden pulled that stunt with the Railroad strike.

I doubt he and his admin wanna get on the Teamsters bad side….These are the OG goon squads. They’re known to operate “hard”.

I doubt very much that happening. Those drivers are well paid for a reason. They know how to get the job done and all the shortcuts of who works here and whose neighbor will take another neighbor's pkg. That is not learned in 2 weeks.

I was a feeder driver there for 26 years; retired with a decent pension. Could I even think about doing it again? No way, the management is tyrants.

Those guys/gals deserve every penny they earn. Not only that but they a while back came out with forward and backward facing cameras. Which mean not only do you have one on the road up ahead but also on you. I consider that an invasion of privacy. Frick that!

Not entirely true. The delivery drivers don't yet but it was offered during these contract talks. Not sure if that happens with the further talks.

The feeders have had AC's for better than about 25 years.

Yeah not only do you not know collective bargaining you don’t know basic business principles. Jesus.

Jimmy Hoffa son just finished his last term as President of the Teamsters. You want to be a Union buster I’d like to watch.

Our local ups delivery guy is great. Older black man, really nice guy. Knows my truck and my work and will stop me in the road to give me a package
