Doesn't hurt as much as getting shot with simunitions, but it doesn't feel great

Well that IS a bet excessive for a drill. What if they have a fire drill and during the drill someone ran around with hot coals throwing them at people?

I garuntee you they take that crap serious now.
Getting shot execution style means you are dead for real so i would rather just have a pellet that stings and learn from it than the real thing occur.

MY guess is this was planned by some administrator who was tired of dealing with crap from the teachers. Planned this little exercise and added the soft rounds to it just for fun.
