Damn, Conyers/Rockdale County has really gone downhill.

I remember less than 20 years ago they had an annual PRCA rodeo every year as the main fundraiser for the Heritage HS touchdown club/football team. It was one of the largest rodeos in the state.

I lived there years ago. The demographics of that country have changed tremendously. Used to Hazard county. Not anymore.

COVID didn't cause this.

Having seen what it did to my kids, I don't think you can say that with any certainty.

Yeah, muh broken culture, maybe even muh genetics... black kids weren't doing this in the 1950s. They were doing it less in 2019.

This type of behavior happens more often than the public knows.
We had a principal that would cover for the student's evil behavior by saying " the child is having a rough time at home, little or no food, mom is a slut, child is being assaulted routinely, drug use, no car, no job, no money, can't sleep because family member is playing loud music all night long, etc. " . Sure that stuff happens but that's when Child Protection Services is suppose to step up.
Also if life is so hard does that mean it will get better if I attack my teacher ?
It is time to defund public education. It is a failed model, sorry. You may downvote me but I saw it first hand.

I sincerely enjoy these videos. Also, I do my part for general society by sharing them as wide as I possibly can, and I advise you to do the same.

Didn’t read the whole thread, but can this teacher not sue the school board and/or state for not providing a safe workplace?

If I broke my leg on my job where my employer knew about the unsafe conditions or didn’t provide a safety outlet, I’d be suing the shite out of them for every possible penny I could bleed out of them.

Thought that was Newton? Rockdale and Henry County went from Dukes of Hazzard to First 48 Memphis in just over 20 years.

I would imagine it’s totally dependent upon how strong(Corrupt) the local & state’s teachers’s union is. Imagine losing a percentage of your take home and in turn, that percentage fighting against you when you need it the most?

I have no idea of the intricacies involved, but I’m positive they would cause both of us an aneurysm. I DO know, that the teacher that was shot by that feral 6 y.o. in Newport News, Va. is suing that district for everything including the kitchen sink.

Where are the other students to break it up. That was out of hand and she needed a peer to let her know she was in the wrong. Certain people feel they can do literally anything.

Because out of control kids were expelled quickly in 1950's. The first time you mouth off to a teacher, you gone. It never has a chance to escalate to that shite.

I would bet my life savings that this girl didn't just explode out of nowhere, this little girl has been a problem child for a while, and by 1950's standards, would have already been kicked out and working on a farm or sewing factory without the privilege of education. Back when education was a privilege and not a right. The privilege was easy to get, don't frick around, do your work, follow the rules, easy education. frick around, don't do your work, out to the fields or factory for you. Can't do that now. It would take away too many jobs from illegal immigrants.

They filmed it next door in Newton county (Covington), but Rockdale used to be no different.

Must have been disappointed she got a B on that Calculus Exam. The pressure these kids are under these days to achieve and get into good colleges.
