According to a recent article, Alabama has the highest instance of occurance. I'll try to find it again and link, but some politician mandated 3 hours of training each year and teachers revolted because they have too much to do already. He backed down.

Well at least it's good to know it isn't just LA (obviously new it wasn't, but it just seems so regular lately).
I mean a lot of this has recently hit very close to where I grew up. Since I've graduated, I know there were two cases at the school I went to. One wasn't as crazy since the student was of age, but the teacher was still arrested and fired. And the other is in jail for like 30 years. Not super newsworthy since it was male teachers.

It's hilarious that a male student 'banging' a female teacher get's all sort of high fives from TD but if it were a male teacher and a female 9th grade student......oh the shame...shame I tell you!
