Sounds like someone is a bit upset.

Anyone paying attention knows that it’s progressives implementing their “restorative justice” policies that are letting criminals out of jail without consequences.
These bail/criminal law changes are occurring in the very well known liberal legislature of Texas under the direction of known progressive Abbott then implemented under the progressive GOP criminal bench in Ft. Worth?
Please help enlighten us on exactly where and how these things are being implemented in Texas

It’s impressive how your entire premise got entirely obliterated but you’re still rambling

Your recent post, and this exact sentence suggest otherwise

I wouldn't suspect TCU has a big near-campus bar scene, does it?

So you’ve never heard of city laws, prosecutorial discretion or judicial discretion?
Who are letting these repeat offenders out of jail? The people and policies you support, that’s who. Just admit you’re ok with having a few victims as long as your restorative justice policies become the norm

Not big but there are college bars closer to campus.
I liked W 7th about 7 to 8 years ago.

I said this murderer should be in a cage for the rest of his life. That’s my first post in this thread. Apparently the republican sheriff and judges of Tarant County, Texas disagree and think this perp should be walking among us.

No need to say why, we all know.

BS. Your truth isn’t 100% factual. When county votes for Beto over Cruz and Biden over Trump liberals & leftists are very much involved in county politics. Considering Biden was first Democratic presidential nominee to win the county since LBJ the racist Democrats are doing some work there.
quote:
Republicans voted for this.
Democrats vote (and run) in republican primaries for many judicial focused elections held in the Spring as many judges in these counties have run unopposed in general election in the past with the only race being in the Republican Primary. Election of black republican criminal judges, other republican POC criminal judges, and republican liberal female criminal judges has always seemed a little out of proportion.
That is changing as Tarrant has turned enough in past 4 to 6 years that besides voting for Beto and Biden
2 of 4 county commissioners are Democrats
4 of 8 Constables are Democrats
3 of 8 Justices of the Peace are Democrats
1 of 2 State Board Education Members is a Democrat.
4 of 11 state reps serving parts of Tarrant (including 2 of 3 serving Ft Worth) are Democrats
1 of 4 state senators serving parts of Tarrant is a Democrat
1 of 2 US reps serving Ft Worth is a Democrat
Democrats are able to come out of the closet and be their true selves more and more. I might look up Judge on this thug’s robbery probation later. I was hoping news articles would point to it.
Edit: Only thing I could find is his 2021 arrest was possibly by Tarrant County Hospital District Police which actually does seem to exist and the district has its own board to oversee hospital & it’s clinics.

Outstanding mental gymnastics right here to not have to blame the GOP and to fit your narrative or maybe as you are framing it "the real republicans".
quote:
You think that by Biden winning with 49.3% of the vote makes it a democratic stronghold? It's a swing district, but evident by TBoy's post elects an all GOP criminal bench and sheriff.
Did I say Democratic stronghold or are you making shite up?
It’s not a Republican stronghold that’s for sure. Being a swing district means liberals and leftists have more influence in county than they did a decade ago. They have actually won some recent county wide votes, and yes they have influenced some spring republican primaries for county positions when no Democratic candidates or at least no viable ones. They do the same in school board and similar elections. Republicans do not dictate policy in Tarrant anymore.
Biden winning the county was pretty historic. Beto winning it against Cruz earlier was also surprising at how quickly county has been turning purple (i think it’s called that).
quote:
You and the people who vote like you are just as responsible for this murder as the thug who pulled the trigger.
I didn’t write this, so not sure why you included quote and purposely placed in the middle of actual quotes when replying to me. You might want to respond to correct person unless you are scared to do so and hid it in reply to me…

You can start by looking at the Tarrant County Hospital District Police who apparently arrested him back in 2021. The district has its own appointed board of managers and operates as the JPS Health Network. Every so often it has bond elections to continue the taxes it collects.
quote:
JPS Health Network
TCHD Police Department: 817-702-1120
quote:
JPS has 50 sworn police officers, 16 security officers, eight police communicators and several support staff members on the job to protect patients, team members and visitors to its main campus, medical homes, clinics and other satellite facilities. Founded in 1992, the Tarrant County Hospital District Police Department has all of the authority of other police departments in Texas. Its jurisdiction covers all JPS properties and the roads that surround or pass through them.
quote:
(17) officers commissioned by: (A) the board of managers of the Dallas County Hospital District, the Tarrant County Hospital District, the Bexar County Hospital District, or the El Paso County Hospital District under Section 281.057, Health and Safety Code;
I am not sure that the 2021 arrest went through the channels most thought.

Check your local news once a day where you live. You'll see non-whites routinely get away with murder, literally.
quote:
Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx dropped charges against 29.9% of felony defendants during her first three years in office, the Chicago Tribune found Foxx's case dismissal rate is more than 35% higher than that of her predecessor
The state's attorney told the Tribune that its analysis gave an 'incomplete picture of her commitment to keeping the public safe' She said she's dropped cases against low-level, nonviolent offenders so prosecutors can focus on violent crimes
But data showed Foxx's office has dismissed cases involving murder, shootings, sex crimes and serious drug offenses at a much higher rate than her predecessor
The thing that always gets me is progressives always want more gun control laws but then they don’t want to enforce any when black people break them.

It won't bring the young man back that was needlessly killed by this low down, no good murdering piece of black trash, but being that this crime took place in Texas, they'll seek the death penalty and this piece of shite criminal will get lethal injection.

Why should this piece of shite live another day?
