Usually fries at a restaurant, but these are better than most fries out of the oven at home.

Holy Cross’ cafeteria back in the late ‘70s/early ‘80s had the best tots ever. Been searching all my life for ones that come close.

French fries are a greasy abomination.
Tater tots are a shittier version of french fries.
So I say good hash browns (not the horrific smashed up tater tot version).

However, curly fries or sweet potato fries win out
The D&D in Larose at the foot of the Intracoastal bridge has sweet potato tater tots.
They are some kinda good. Now I’ll have to wait till Thursday. They are closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Cheese fries. If you happen to be in the Northeast, french fries and brown gravy. If you're really far north, poutine.

All you tot fools are paying money for fried air.
Weigh a medium order of tots and a medium order of fries. Holler back at me.

I'm probably in the minority, but I fricking despise tater tots.

Gibsons was a BBQ joint. Their food wasn't bad at all. Damn, I haven't been in that area for at least 20 years. I remember Delmont Village being the place to shop.
Gibson's at Airline and Plank was a department store. Later became Howard Bros.I saw Elvis's pink Caddy in the parking lot there in the late sixties.
And team fries.

Gibsons was also a BBQ place. It was down the road from Istrouma High School. Gibsons BBQ was located on Winbourne{sp}. Do you remember Food Town that was on the corner of Airline and Plank Road? Hemmingways Furniture was on Plank Road. Do you remember Shoppers Fair and when it burned down to the ground?

If we are comparing a large tot and a small fry, the tot will have more substance overall. So give me the large tot instead of the small fry.
