They said after Plummer began attending the Council on Aging about two years ago, she met Clark Amar. In July of last year, Plummer signed documents that were drawn up by attorney and the agency's board member, Dorothy Jackson. The documents made Clark Amar - the agency's director - the overseer of Plummer's estate. Jackson admitted to WBRZ, she wrote the document and even notarized it. The family didn't have a clue it existed, until they said they got a call from Clark Amar less than 24 hours after Plummer's death.

Correct. Dorothy Jackson is an attorney and a member of the board of the CoA. She wrote up the will and notarized it naming Amar as executrix of the Plummer estate to the tune of $500/month for the next 21 years.

A sweet $126,000 for them to split. fricking scum

Essentially, Clark-Amar used her influence over a 95 year old woman to make $120,000 off of the lady's $300,000 trust, which was supposed to go to the lady's grandchildren. Instead, more than a 3rd of the trust is going to a stranger and not her grandchildren. And, according to Denise Marcelle, there's nothing wrong with that

Is she judge Jackson's daughter?

Sorry. I didn't go back to the previous thread to look to clarify the names.
Honestly, I wasn't trying to put too much effort into it.

Actually... The family scheduled an 11:00 press conference from their house. So C. Denise scheduled a 10:30 presser from City Hall to cut them off at the pass and occupy the media. Pretty smart but still a scumbag move.

This is the part that sickens me. These people like Marcelle and fat Gravy think this issue means that people want to get rid of the COA. They're pissed that people are upset that the people in charge of the organization are possibly coercing the elderly into giving half their worldly possessions to them.

So what excuse has C Denise given for this? I have seen the rumblings from her crew that everything will be easily explained once the truth comes out.
If this was done on the up and up, what's the hold up on publicly releasing this information?

if you want something even more disgusting, Gary has been making vague references that imply something negative about the family. this issue isn't even about the family at the end of the day; it's about the EXECUTOR FEES of this estate (as the benefits are given to family anyway)

It was, but in the beginning of the video, the grandson showed up at City Hall and started speaking over her.
Pretty good move by him.

My bad... I thought we were talking about Amar being the daughter of a judge. I didn't read that correctly.

And it's also racist that white people are outraged that black people are possibly stealing money from other black people.
