So, it's like this: if you don't serve the COA you can't call for accountability? HUH??? Is this how these dumb people think? Are they above reproach?

All you need to know about C. Denise Marcelle

Posted on 4/3/17 at 11:03 am to Box Geauxrilla
Old lady goes to BR Council on Aging for help with her will.
Council on Aging lady drafts will setting up a trust for old lady's grand children, but appoints herself as head of that trust and mandates she be paid $500/month to "administer" said trust for 20 years. The estate only has $300k total in it.
Will is notarized by another board member at council on aging.
Kids find out and sue Council on Aging.
Council on Aging lady is daughter of Judge Clark.
Denise Marcelle is a fellow board member, but a very recent addition.
Council on Aging just narrowly won an election last fall which doubled their funding with a dedicated property tax millage.
Media and local government officials call on COA lady to resign.
Gary Chambers calls those people racist because they didn't call for the BR Clerk of Court (who is white) to step down when he was caught buying expensive meals with his public issued credit card over a year ago.

Is Denise going to address the controversy or just talk about how "awesome" the COA is? We don't give a frick about how good the agency is, we care about Tasha writing herself into a will. Address that shite.

Time to prosecute her and de-fund their fraudulent little black-only Race Grievance Club.

There is a status conference on the TRO that was filed scheduled for Thursday April, 6th at 10am. It's before Don Johnson, hahaha

You're right. It's more convoluted than that.
Tasha Clark Amar supposedly talked an 95 year old into naming her executrix for her will. This "position" pays Tasha Clark Amar $500/month until the will is done. Apparently, that will net her over $100,000 over many years.
Marcelle, a board member of the EBRCOA and an attorney, notarized the will. Both this and Clark Amar serving as executrix seem like conflicts of interest.
The family was told by the elderly person that she had no will and they were surprised when, after her death, Clark Amar called about the will. The family removed the money from the accounts and then Clark Amar sued the family.

I have seen this posted before, but if the COA got a dedicated millage of 8 million dollars, and they already had 4 million dollars of revenue from various sources, it doesn't mean they won't get any money from the previous sources, right?
They can still tap into local, state and federal money, right?
I'm thinking they could wound up with as much as 10 million dollars a year and keep flying under the radar using the COA as a political platform.

Denise Marcelle is an idiot.

She's claiming the Gary Chamber's rationale. That people are attacking the COA because the organization now has money . . . just like Gary Chambers said about CATS.
